Apprenticeship at SycoTec

TRAINING AT SYCOTEC

Qualified junior staff are our future. We therefore attach great importance to in-house training and offer our trainees not only the best prospects, but also a varied, constantly developing and exciting work environment - in our own training centre with a dedicated training manager

Professions with a future

Our training occupations are amongst the most sought-after and future-proof qualifications on the job market. We regularly train industrial mechanics and electronics technicians for machine and drive technology.

Career-focused internships

We offer pupils and interested professionals a range of internships within the framework of BORS (vocational orientation at secondary school), OiB (vocational orientation) and BOGY (vocational orientation at grammar school). In addition, we maintain educational partnerships with various schools in the region.

Incentives and benefits

Trainees at SycoTec receive remuneration in accordance with the collective wage agreement for the metal and electrical industries - and, if they achieve good grades during their training, an attractive “certificate bonus” on top. There is a separate training centre so that training can take place independently of regular production, and a range of voluntary benefits including a canteen, kiosk, regular company parties, excursions and seasonal activities. At the beginning of the training year, a one-day team training session is held for everyone to get to know each other and to make it easier for our “newbies” to start training.

Cooperative climate

Friendliness and respect are important to us at SycoTec. Our trainees work independently on their projects right from the start and receive regular feedback. We encourage commitment and are open to all questions up to management level.
